Terry Armstrong, ECNE and MCSE. Terry joined Premier in 1992 after
graduating from the University of Utah in Computer Science. Terry earned
both Novell and Microsoft certifications while employed by Premier. Her
expertise is in the area of Network Operating Systems and PC and network
hardware devices. She typically installs and updates network operating
systems and application software. Terry also provides network design,
installation and trouble shooting services. |

Tim Brown, Consultant

| Tim is a Sage Software (MAS90/MAS200) and Microsoft Dynamics GP consultant.
He has over 20 years of experience implementing Finance, Distribution, and
Manufacturing modules. Tim also spent 5 years consulting for Oracle. Tim
earned an Associates of Science in Accounting from Utah Technical College as
well as his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young
University. |

Dave Brown, Consultant

Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. He
has sixteen years experience as Assistant Controller, Controller, Systems
and Network Administrator, for Construction and Distribution Companies. Dave
has worked with Microsoft Dynamics GP and FRx Financial Reporter Software
both as a User and a Consultant for five years. Dave has helped implement
Microsoft Dynamics GP and FRx Financial Reporter at several types of
companies including Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing firms. His
expertise is in the Core Financial Modules and FRx Financial Reporter
reporting. |

Andy Casper, Network Systems Engineer

Andy is a Microsoft Certified Professional who has been installing,
maintaining and managing Microsoft desktop and network operating systems for
7 years. Andy is proficient in both wired and wireless networking design,
implementation and troubleshooting. Prior to Premier he has served in help
desk, service technician and an IT Manager roles for several companies
throughout Northern Utah. Andy currently performs new installations, network
design and maintenance, hardware installation, software installation,
computer upgrades, and system design consulting.

Chona' has over 10 years experience installing, implementing and supporting
Microsoft Dynamics GP financial systems. She has expertise with the
financial series, distribution series, manufacturing suite, service suite
and a number of companion products including Horizon's Manufacturing Suite,
Ethotech's multi-level commissions, Nodus' credit card software and
Edisoft's EDI application. Chona’ also has extensive knowledge working with
multicurrency, inter-company, and inter-fund products as well as custom
reporting using Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting. |

Rob earned his Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.
He is a Certified Account Executive with Microsoft Dynamics GP Software
working with Premier Computing Technologies. He has previously worked as a
Controller, Manager of Information Systems and Chief Financial Officer of
several large companies in Utah. As a CFO, he purchased and implemented
Microsoft Dynamics GP for his company. Because of his previous work
experience and having implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP himself, he has a
unique ability to assist new Microsoft Dynamics GP Software users in
developing their implementation plans. He is currently the Microsoft
Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified Account Executive for Premier Computing,
Inc. |

Terry “T” Hoecherl, Consultant

T has numerous Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, and
MCOS, along with several other IT certifications. Prior to joining Premier,
T was the CFO and CIO of a national manufacturing company. He directed the
set-up of the corporate office and all operations, including the accounting
system and procedures, computer network, telecommunications, payroll,
banking, 401(k), physical facilities, and all functional and operational
activities. He also worked for 17 years as worldwide Director of Purchasing
for a multi-national organization and has 10 years experience as an
independent business consultant. Along with his many IT certifications, T is
a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
T has a degree in Mathematics from the University of New York, Albany, a
Masters degree in statistics (MStat) from the University of Utah, and an MBA
from the University of Utah

Larry Ipson CPA, Consultant

Larry earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Brigham Young
University.
He worked in the private sector for six years. He then moved to the
government arena and spent 16 years as a controller for Sandy City
(population of 90,000) and most recently spent 5 years as the Chief
Financial Officer for the City of South Jordan (Population of
42,000). Larry is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and a
Certified Government Finance Manager. He is a member of the
Government Finance Officers Association and has been president of
the Utah Government Finance Officers Association. While at Premier
he has worked as the lead consultant for several Dynamics-GP
implementations. He also completed 3 separate software
implementations while working in government, the last of which was
the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP. This gives him a unique
understanding of the needs from a user perspective. |

Shane
started with Premier in 1996 and has since worked in several
different areas within the company. He has an Associates of Science
degree from the College of Eastern Utah and earned his CIW
Foundations certification in 2003. Currently he is the
Webmaster for our 2 company websites; www.premiercomputing.com &
www.halftimeu.com. Shane also provides hardware configuration for
servers, desktops, etc and has completed the Licensing and Software
Asset Management Competency training requirements for the Microsoft
Open License program. Shane is also the Customer Sales Manager for
Premier. As the CSM he is responsible for existing customers. He
works closely with Microsoft to insure that our customers remain
current with Microsoft Dynamics GP products and programs. |

Perry Larson, Consultant

| Prior to joining Premier, Perry was the system and network administrator for
a large manufacturing firm. Perry started working with computers in 1976 as
programmer and consultant. He was a project manager for many implementations
covering a wide range of information technology issues. Along with the
implementations Perry created numerous custom programs and reports. Perry
specializes in software implementation, data migration and custom report
solutions. Perry uses Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
to enhance the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other software
packages. |

Ed Motola, Consultant

| Ed Motola graduated from UCLA in 1976 with a B.A. in Marine Biology. He
moved to Utah in 1981 and started working with computers at the inception of
the IBM PC. Ed worked with computerized accounting programs for three years
as a controller, and then started consulting for a large number of clients
using Cyma Accounting Systems. He specialized in technical support,
training, auditing, data conversion, and custom reporting. Ed joined Premier
in February 1998 and has continued to provide these services for the
Microsoft Dynamics GP core modules, primarily General Ledger, Payables
Management, Payroll and FRx financial reporter. He also specializes in Human
Resources, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, MICR check programs, Multicurrency, and
Intercompany. Ed supports upgrades, integrations and report customizations,
especially with FRx and Report Writer. Ed is a Dynamics Certified Accounting
Applications Specialist (CAAS). |

Vi Nguyen, Consultant

Vi graduated from the University of Geneva Switzerland in Business
Administration with a major in Accounting. She has been in charge of
Premier Computing Technologies Accounting department for many years.
This experience gives her a unique understanding of what our clients
face daily. She is involved in all the daily operations of Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Bank
Reconciliation. Vi’s field of expertise is in these core modules.
She’s also a Microsoft certified professional for Dynamics GP. |

Julie Potter, Vice President and Customer Sales

| Julie received her BS and MBA in Finance from the University of Utah. Her
positions as our Customer Sales Manager and Certified Marketing Executive
also require additional training and certification from our software
vendors. Julie has responsibility for existing customers. She works closely
with Microsoft to insure that our customers remain current with Microsoft
Dynamics GP products and programs. In addition to working closely with
Microsoft, Julie keeps our clients informed of our training schedule and
complimentary programs such as a monthly lunch and learn. |

Dale earned his accounting, MBA and law degrees from the University of Utah
where he received several academic honors including graduating Magna Cum
Laude and serving as the Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review. He began
his career with Arthur Andersen, a big five accounting firm. Dale taught
accounting at the University of Utah and built a law practice before
becoming President of Premier Computing Technologies (formerly All Makes
Office Systems). During this time, Premier has transitioned from an office
equipment company to a leading provider of accounting software as well as
related networking and PC technologies.

| Sharon has many years experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP as a
consultant as well as several years as an end user of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
She has over 14 years experience in accounting in various capacities and has
earned an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. She
is experienced in the Financial Series, Distribution Series, Fixed Assets,
Payroll, Integration Manager, VBA with Modifier, FRx, Crystal, and Report
Writer. Currently she runs the help desk at Premier Computing Technologies. |

Stewart Schow, Certified Peachtree and MAS90

Stewart received his BS in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1984.
While earning his degree Stewart worked as a corporate controller for a
manufacturer of chalkboards and accessories, which became a 12 year career.
Stewart has also been the controller of a company which manufactured medical
devices and ended this career working in the specialized software field.
Then, in 1991 Stewart began selling and implementing MAS90 as a partner in
Microcomp. After six years he purchased the business and began his own MAS90
consulting firm while achieving his MBA from the University of Phoenix in
1999. In 2004 Stewart passed the Peachtree certification requirements and
began serving Peachtree clients in Utah. In 2005, Stewart merged his firm
with Premier Computing Technologies to provide better service for his own
clients as well as Premiers clients. |
