Help Desk and On-site services

Help Desk support hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Services are available after-hours, on a per-case basis.  Please call 800-458-2948 for your support needs.

Classroom Training

All Clients receive a quarterly schedule for classroom training. These classes are held at our offices at 345 Bearcat Drive in Salt Lake City.  Classes go from 9 am to 5 pm and we provide lunch. Click here for a current list of classes.

 

You can expect to get emails from time to time on our monthly lunch and learn, our annual “free for all”, and information about promotional offerings and special version releases.

 

Client Advocate Visits

In addition to standard remote and onsite support, you have a designated Client Advocate.  You will receive prescheduled Client Advocate visits or a conference call with your Client Advocate.  The meeting will address any open service issues as well as a business discussion about your objectives for the year and how Premier can help you accomplish them.
